Lacey Mapes

Lacey Mapes is a full-time realtor proudly serving Midland County, Gratiot County, Bay County, Saginaw County, and surrounding Mid-Michigan communities. Growing up in Alma and now living in the Midland area, Lacey has deep roots in Mid-Michigan and a true appreciation for the people and communities that make the area special.

As a dedicated real estate professional and mom of two, Lacey is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence, honesty, and care. She is known for her strong communication, attention to detail, and commitment to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, or sellers preparing for their next chapter, Lacey's goal is always the same: to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams while feeling supported every step of the way. She believes real estate is about more than just buying and selling homes, it's about building relationships, creating trust, and helping people feel at home in the communities they love.

When she's not helping clients, Lacey enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. Together they love exploring nature, enjoying local communities throughout Mid-Michigan, and creating lifelong memories as a family.
