ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed a few realtors to list our home (first time home seller) and from the first time we met with Lacey, she was by far the most professional. Instead of coming in and telling us how to do everything without concern for our needs, she asked about our expectations, took into consideration the price we wished to attain, and provided advice on what would be required in order to provide us with the best chance to receive that price. Once our home was ready to list, Lacey put it on the market and immediately began scheduling showings and a realtor open house to get the word out. She did not let the dust settle on our home and within one week of listing, the home was under contract. Lacey handled everything with the inspection process, helping us to address any issues in a timely manner by referring reputable trades to complete the work. The appraisal then came in below contract price, but Lacey worked tirelessly with the appraiser to justify the value and negotiated on our behalf to keep the deal alive. It was truly a pleasure to work with Lacey throughout the process, and she remained professional from start to finish. She will aggressively work on her clients behalf, which is what you want most in a realtor. I highly recommend Lacey Hogan to list or help you buy a home, as you will not be disappointed.
