We met with Lacey and talked about a few things and after that we didn't have to do anything; Lacey took over and it was fantastic! Lacey was wonderful with keeping us informed, lining up all the showings, and going over the process every step of the way to make sure that we were always in the loop. She took care of everything behind the scenes and we just had to show up at closing. It was by far the best decision we made to have her list our house because we weren't stressed at all! 10 / 10 would recommend having her list for us again if we ever needed it! She showed the house a number of times and we ended up getting full price less some closing fees. After we accepted the offer she kept us informed as to how the appraisal, financing, and closing was going. She was on top of everything. If I have something to sell in the Lisbon area again, Lacey would be my first choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Right from the beginning, working with Lacey was a great experience. She walked us through the entire process from start to finish prior to listing our home. Her knowledge of the local market is remarkable, and her experience is definitely top notch. We needed to sell our home quickly and at a fair market value. Once we listed the home with Lacey, we had multiple showings almost immediately. In a small market, this can be challenging, however with her networking skills and knowledge of potential local buyers, the market proved to be a non-issue. Within a business day we were already receiving offers. She brought the offers to the table and objectively presented them to us to aid in our decision. Within a matter of 2-3 days we were able to accept one of the offers that exceeded our expectations. When we needed to vacate the property for a short time prior to the buyers taking up ownership, she went far above and beyond by lining up some final touches that needed to be completed by an outside source. Our family is more than satisfied with with the outstanding customer service that Lacey provides.
