That said, we still went ahead and interviewed three different realtors, walking through the house with each of them. Two of the three were actually located closer to us, and one had a lot of experience selling homes in a higher price range. From the start, Dusty was a great listener. His replies were honest - not always telling me what I wanted to hear - but he consistently backed up his advice with solid data. It was clear that he would do his best for us, and that he had the resources to support it. So we went with him. As it turned out, the market was tough - just as he had said it would be. But we received an offer, and he expertly guided us through the process. Having a hardworking sales professional at your side - someone who is honest, direct, and committed - is incredibly valuable.
