To say that Dusty went above and beyond the anticipated role as our realtor is an understatement. We listed our home with Dusty seemingly the day the market froze, and our neighborhood was facing a mass exodus with 20 homes on the market at once. Dusty was a freaking animal! He was soooooo knowledgeable about the areas we wanted and he took time to really understand what housing situation would be best for us. It is honestly hard to put into a review how great working with Dusty and his team at C21 is. Ive had the privilege of working with him on 2 home sales and both times have been phenomenal experiences. We navigated the breakneck pace that was the market in 2022 and this round in 2025 dealt with a much more challenging property in a market that got flooded with similar inventory right when we listed. He absolutely has your best interest in mind the entire time. I never once felt like we were making rash decisions or leaving money on the table. I dont think I would have been so confident in this second sale if it werent for the faith I had that Dusty would be able to get us what we needed. His knowledge and experience have really been immense in setting up my family on solid financial footing and for that I am truly grateful.
