ZillowVERIFIED Whenever I was interested in buying a house I looked up reviews online and Marie's reviews were great. I was skeptical since I was a first time home buyer but once I met her I instantly knew she was the realtor for me. She is no push over, tells it like it is, and has great negotiating skills. She will be honest with you and will not let you buy a home that she feels isn't safe or in your best interest. I know its her job to sell you a house buy its more important that you are happy to Marie. My buying process wasn't an easy one but she made it seem effortless and I had no stress on my end. If you want to buy a home and have it be an easy process then I would definitely recommend Marie.

I had certain criteria for the house, and other things that didn't matter they really listened we looked at houses that were vastly different for most buyers but fit all my criteria so A++ there! Ended out having one failed offer, a large house on the high end of my budget that needed repairs, seller didn't want to negotiate any repairs so I walked away. Ended out getting a nice little remodel on the low end of my budget that needs no work and couldn't be happier!
