Review Crissi was amazing! Knows the area and the profession intimately and always had an answer to any question. Super responsive and so easy to work with. While we were looking for houses, she went out of her way to seek out properties that might appeal to both me and my daughter, who had very different criteria; as my daughter put it, "I like her; she understands the assignment!" Once we were under contract, she stayed in constant touch and responded quickly to all my questions. She had may referrals to hand and all have been excellent; I plan to continue using both the handyman and the plumber she recommended. When a shocking quote for flood insurance nearly derailed us, she spent the day on the phone/email working with me to find a quote that I could manage. Nothing phased her; even at closing, she had a number to hand to address a last-minute question about the terms of the loan. And she has stayed in touch after closing as well, checking to make sure everything was as expected and to offer any help she could. A long-term, full-time professional with the client's interests firmly at heart. She has my highest recommendation.

Review Crissi has been amazing! We met Crissi in Nov, 2021 when we started our search for a new home. We are new to New Mexico and really needed help. We had sent a rough list of things we would like in a house. Upon arrival we made contact with Crissi. She sent us some listing that she thought we like to see. We met the next day, visited some houses, refined our wish list with Crissis help and planned our next search. The last house that we saw that day had virtually everything on our wish list. Offer made, accepted and now were within 2 days of closing. There have been a plethora of obstacles to overcome specifically with the builder running behind schedule. Crissi maintained enthusiasm and momentum to reach our goal. She was instrumental in having the builder pay for extended hotel stay, negotiating monies to be withheld at closing until all repairs and construction are finished to the satisfaction of our inspectors. I dont think closing this deal would have been completed without Crissi. Outside of the house, she assisted in recommending places to see, doctor referrals, places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend Crissi.

Review Im a first time buyer and I have to say Crissi has honestly just been the best thing for my home purchase. I came to her with my baseline requirements for a home and my resources were limited. She told me the truth, it would be difficult to find what I was looking for but she would keep an eye out for me. THE VERY NEXT DAY Crissi contacted me with a property, the pictures looked like it was exactly what I was looking for and more AND it was in my price range. Not only was it in my price range it was lower than I was expecting to pay. I was almost certain that someone would be able to put in a better offer, but Crissi worked magic, just absolute magic, and Im soon to be the new home owner of that property. I will admit that there was a lot of luck in how quickly I was able to find the right place, but Im certain that Crissi would have found me a great property even if it took a little longer. After showing us a handful of beautiful houses, any one of would have been perfect, she mentioned that she knew a few of the local contractors and offered to set up a meeting with a couple of them. We decided building was the way to go. But Crissi was by our side the whole time helping with interior choices and being an excellent liaison between myself and our builders.
