She provided outstanding service from identifying the right house and the right price in the right area. We purchased the house sight unseen, but Kyrsten did video tours throughout multiple homes and we got the exact house we wanted through her help. She was not trying to "sell" a specific house, but was patient through the process so that it would fit our family. I have several friends going through home purchases in different areas, and we have had by FAR the best experience, and it is entirely based on Kyrsten's help. ZillowVERIFIEDKyrsten immediately took to our needs, soon after having her baby she was out doing video confrinces with my wife and I due to us being from out of state. we were trying to come up with a way to have a deal with the seller to make it where they would not sell the house for a few months so we could have time to move without paying for a house that we were not living in and her knowledge on the process came into play and simply said that is okay we can just request that the closing be when ever you need it to be.

More than once, Kyrsten did not hesitate to make the 30 minute drive so that I could view the house again, take measurements of the house, or ask questions about the buying process (as I was a first time buyer). When the final walk-through did not go quite as planned, Kyrsten helped me by contacting the sellers, and doing everything she could to make sure that I was comfortable with the house that I would be closing on the next day. I never dreamed that a realtor would be willing to hold my hand every step of the way like Kyrsten did, but it was very much appreciated since I was completely new to the whole process. After our contract expired with this previous agent with then decided to list the home through Kyrsten. With her very energetic and proactive nature we had an offer on the house within one week. This offer was a contingency offer which was soon replaced with another offer that had a 3 to 4 week closing date. We accepted the offer. She did an excellent job of explaining and walking us through the process.
