ZillowVERIFIED Kym was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with. My significant other and I were both relocating from different parts of the country. Kym was very easy to communicate with and took our criteria to heart. She showed us several homes via 3-way video chat and usually had an assistant with her to make sure the video tours were seamless. We were also working across time zones but that was never an issue for Kym. She was very helpful with referring us to local lenders, inspectors, etc but was very flexible based on our preferences too. Overall Kym was a great guide through my first home buying experience and she made the process quick and painless! If you work with Kym you will find she's more than a realtor, she's a friend who sincerely cares about her clients!

ZillowVERIFIED I was searching for a home on my own originally and stumbled on one that I was interested in. I called the number that was posted for the home and received a call back from Kym Garland. The home did already have a contract. I asked Kym if she had the capacity to take on another client, what a stroke of luck that turned out to be. Kym immediately took the information regarding my preferences and we began the search together. I have to commend Kym on her patience with me as I can be a bit bull headed. During the long process of finding the home that was perfect for me that felt like home Kym remained patient and very respectful of my needs in a home. After a long search, we finally found the perfect home. Kym put together the contract and had it submitted within a few hours. That evening the contract was accepted by the seller. A few weeks later (eight days before the scheduled closing date) my original lender (State Farm Bank) decided that they would not be able to secure my loan, stating that they found something that was not on my original credit report. I called Kym and let her know what had happened. Kym knew exactly what to do and put me in touch with Stephanie Johnston at Service First Mortgage. Oh my God, this was amazing! Stephanie and her team had done more work in two days than State Farm Bank had done in six weeks. within just two weeks I was closing on my home and am now a proud home owner. I have to say that if you are looking for a real estate agent Kym Garland is the one to turn to. Pair Kym and the Johnston team and you have the perfect team to see you into your new home. ZillowVERIFIED Kym was referred to us when we were relocating to Fate. We were first interested in renting, so she set us up with a database of available homes with our specifications. Since we were coming from out of state, with no time to look at the places, she checked out the place we liked + took photos for us to make our decision easier. Within the year, we were ready to start looking to buy. She then again set us up with a database of available homes. We met with her to look at some + decided to build instead. I would highly recommend having a realtor involved. She worked with us from start to finish + still checks in with us on how things are going. Anytime we had a problem, she was right on it, contacting the builder for answers. With both the renting + purchasing a home, Kym never came close to overwhelming us, trying to get us to make a move. She was the complete opposite, giving us all the time we needed + allowed us to contact her when ready.
