I travel all week for my job and had moved out of state already when I put my house on the market. She held several open houses to bring interest and foot traffic to my property. She handled everything that typically the home owner would do, to name a few, met the inspectors, had the house cleaned several times, decorated and staged it and met with contractors when a few things need fixed and I wasnt in town. I was not in town for the closing and she shipped documents to me make sure that my property would close on time. I would highly recommend Kylie for any buying or selling of a home in Denver area. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate in the area. She helped me find a perfect home when moving to Denver and helped me get top dollar for my property when I left. She new we were first time home buyers and with that she explained her process of given us a good spread of homes to both review and comment on as well as visit so that she can understand all of our needs better. With this we were able to hone in on our perfect home. For this she had to work diligently with the seller and the sellers agent, at times, pulling last minute meetings and calls to get things done (amazing). During the contract phase she and her team handled the coordination and execution on the inspections (home, LBP, etc), advice on negotiations, and continued to work with the seller side to handle some additional issues / concerns. Honestly, I don't think I would have enjoyed buying a home with anyone else and as a first time buyer I felt super prepared.
