I have worked with a wide range of clients including first time home buyers, families upgrading into larger homes, real estate investors looking for rental properties, and sellers moving to a new area. Many of my clients are also relocating to Utah and need guidance on neighborhoods, schools, and local market conditions. I enjoy helping both buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence.
One transaction I am particularly proud of involved helping a buyer secure a home in a very competitive situation with multiple offers. By understanding the seller’s priorities and structuring a strong offer, we were able to get the home under contract while still protecting my client with proper contingencies. The process went smoothly from contract to closing, and my client was able to move into a home they truly loved.
I grew up around real estate and was exposed to the industry early on through family involvement in the business. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how real estate works from both the marketing and transaction side. Over time I developed a passion for helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they will make, which led me to pursue real estate professionally.
Yes. In addition to years of real estate experience, I have a strong understanding of the entire transaction process including title, escrow, and appraisals. That knowledge helps my clients avoid surprises and navigate complex situations during a purchase or sale. I was honored to be named Realtor of the Year by the Utah Central Association of Realtors in 2021 and will serve as President of UCAR in 2028. Being actively involved in the Utah real estate community allows me to stay closely connected to market trends, industry changes, and best practices, which helps me better serve buyers and sellers throughout Utah County.
