ZillowVERIFIEDKyleen worked so hard for us in Jacksonville, finding us a new home, giving us amazing advice, and taking the time to not only find our forever home, but to enjoy the journey. My partner and I both feel like Kyleen his family now and we cannot recommend her enough. Youd be hard-pressed to find another realtor that gives you 100% and supports you as well as Kylie has done for us. Thank you so much, Kyleen.

ZillowVERIFIED Kyleen Sheehy was recommended to me for my upcoming by another realtor. The attention to detail is what I look for when searching for a realtor and she didnt miss. From the classy welcome sign at the realty group to the elimination of any places that did not match my ideal home: Kyleen is IT! It was a fast and furious week but Kyleen pulled it off and might I say, she looked effortless while doing so. Its the hospitality and humor for me! Buy with Ky! ??

She was professional, patient, and helped our family find and close on our dream home! Id absolutely recommend her as a realtoraEUR"especially for military members!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I have worked with Kyleen on multiple occasions. She helped us find a new home whenever our current one was falling apart around us. Then when it came time to move again she quickly got our house up on the market and sold within two months (which is absolutely phenomenal in this current market). She is a fellow military spouse, she understands the life and all the curve balls that get thrown our way. Dependable, diligent and compassionate. If you need a realtor, Kyleen is the woman for you!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are moving to Jacksonville on military orders and before meeting Kyleen (Ky), I didnt know anyone there. We met her a few months before we were to start looking for our home and she kept in touch, genuinely interested in our lives. We had one weekend to fly in to see as many homes as we could and she blocked out the whole weekend for us and had every house we requested to see on our agenda! We had our 5 month old son with us and Ky was very accommodating when we needed to take breaks/feed/change our baby. Imagine taking a car seat out of the car 10 times in a day! Our first offer (a very strong offer) was out bid so after returning back home we were back to the drawing board. Kyleen showed us about 15-20 homes via FaceTime! She never batted an eye about driving all over to show us a home. With each walk thru, she would look for things we couldnt see being there in person, she would get in all the angles that I wanted to see (like my view from the kitchen sink, the view of the street, etc) We ended up making 8 offers with Kyleen before we found our dream home. She was patient and eager to find our dream home for us with each one. She was available to see homes within the same or next day, this market moves quick and she is on it!! She even got us in first to see a home that hit the market the same morning! She has also introduced us to other families and businesses in the area. I could go on and on, but overall after not knowing anyone in the area, Kyleen has helped to make Jacksonville feel like home to us. After this process she feels like family and I'm grateful to have her there! I know I can shoot her a quick text for a recommendation and she knows what we like! If youre looking for someone you can trust and have fun with, during a pretty stressful process, go with Ky!

ZillowVERIFIED Kyleen is a fantastic agent and I recommend her to everyone! It was my first time selling my home and she was great about explaining the process and setting expectations. She sold my home just 2 days after listing and over asking price! She was always prompt and thorough with replies when I had questions or concerns. As a military spouse, she understood our military time constraints and helped us close in the time frame we needed. She genuinely enjoys her career and I think that really shows in her enthusiastic effort in her work.

ZillowVERIFIED Kyleen was fantastic. We needed a fast turnaround and she met that requirement for us perfectly. Start to finish we closed within a month. If youre military, this is who you want to work with. The flexibility with our schedule was a relief, and that is all because of her deep understanding of what it is to live the military lifestyle.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall our journey lasted through the span of 6 months. Throughout that entire time Kyleen was super helpful and attentive. As first time buyers, the experience could have been super stressful but she made it very easy and had answers to every question asked and if unknown sought out the answer. I would recommend shopping with Kyleen and if I was in search of a new home again she would be my first stop!

ZillowVERIFIED Kyleen Sheehy is amazing. Our family was moving from out of state. We knew nothing about the area and was terrified buying from afar! Kyleen was knowledgeable and helpful! She either recorded a video for us as she walked through the homes or we did a virtual tour live together. She was always available by text or just a phone call away. Kyleen made it clear that, I wasn't asking too many questions. That made feel really comfortable and thankful to have her even more. I definitely asked A LOT of questions. We are amazed at the home she helped us find, we would have never found this beauty without her!
