He was always available to show us a home, and if we wasn't, he always had an associate meet us to make sure we could see the home on our schedule. Each home we toured, he checked on the bigger home appliances (furnace, water heater, etc. to make sure they were in good condition). He was honest on if he thought that the home was a good purchase as we were first time home buyers. He was always available to answer any questions/concerns that we had.
