I was essentially selling a house in the West Coast at the same time as buying a house in NC. There was a lot on my plate and Kyle was able to alleviate a lot of that stress by organizing all of the essential contacts we needed to deal with. Especially, since our house was a bit of a fixer upper and we wanted to find reliable people to get the work done. The process was super smooth and easy. Our house was also in Rockingham County too so we are very appreciative of all of his help buying this house even though it was a little bit outside of his normal area. He helped me in every detail of the transaction. Our seller was very difficult doing business with, changing the deal many times, repairing stuff and things like that, it was a very stressful deal, but he made me feel relieve, dealt with all that.
