He was on-time and had the house open and ready, which I appreciated. (side note, we had a few meetings subsequent and he was always on time). I felt comfortable with Kyle and his professionalism so let him represent both the seller and me the buyer. During the process, Kyle was always in communication and very responsive and very knowledgeable. He had a list of local service folks as needed. I feel Kyle went beyond the call of duty in making sure I could have access to the home during the escrow process and he even went by the house and put the trash out. I did not personally meet Josh, but do know Josh met service folks to get some of the inspector items completed and was up on our transaction, so it was nice to see that their partnership works well and they back each other up. We are so impressed with how they marketed our home, it sold in less than a week. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out, but not to be deterred, they put it back on the market and the home sold again at full asking price within the week. Their knowledge of the market is extensive, which helped us price the home to sell. ZillowVERIFIED When we first contacted Kyle we were looking for a single family in Camarillo. Soon our search expanded to Thousand Oaks, Ventura, and even Santa Barbara. We also changed our minds and decided to get a multi-family instead. Kyle was very patient with us throughout the process and whenever we found a property that caught our eyes he set up a tour quickly and was always available to tour the home with us. He also recommended a lender that saved the deal. Due to COVID-19 the occupied back unit was off limits and the lender managed to get an exception for an appraisal sight unseen. Another strength of Kyle and Josh is they both invest in real estate and have numerous tenants. It's hard for me to take a realtor seriously if he/she never even owned a property.

We had interviewed 3 other Real Estate agents, and Kyle was the only one that gave a very clear reason on why he thought we should sell for the price he wanted to list at. We received other statements like "we can list for whatever you want" which is obvious but frankly, not helpful. I wanted to sell the house, not list it for an indeterminable amount of time.
