We started looking in January, and Kyle contacted us after we made an inquiry on one home. Although we didnt make an offer, Kyle continued to assist us through a very challenging market for home buyers, especially in our area. He showed us seven or eight homes, and we made offers on two of them, missing out the first one, but much more pleased with the second one, on which we were successful (offer accepted in mid-April; closed in mid-May). Kyle was great to work with - extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very patient with our demanding requirements. He did a great job in getting information for us and answering our questions. We would definitely be happy to work with Kyle again and recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a home.

We are worried about the pandemic but we need to get the house as soon as possible. I contacted Kyle and he was very responsive, knowledgeable and understanding our needs.
