Kyle Pfaffe - Broker Associate | Partner | Move Smart Pros at TJ Lewis Real Estate I grew up in the small town of Watertown, Wisconsin, where I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and doing things the right way. I carried those values with me to college at MBU--where I played both football and basketball--and eventually to Austin, Texas, where I found my calling in real estate. In 2008, I moved to Austin while working in sales for Coca-Cola. Not long after, a friend introduced me to the real estate industry. I earned my license in 2010 and started part-time while continuing my corporate career. Over time, my passion for helping people make smart, confident real estate decisions grew, and in 2016, I made the leap to full-time real estate. Today, I'm a Broker Associate and Partner at TJ Lewis Real Estate, where I co-lead the Move Smart Pros team. My role focuses on marketing, pricing strategy, and education--both for our clients and for the agents I mentor. I also teach classes within our brokerage to help agents sharpen their skills and build sustainable businesses. In 2025, I earned my Texas Broker license, which allows me to serve clients with an even deeper level of expertise and professionalism. Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of clients--from first-time homebuyers and sellers to investors and move-up buyers. Regardless of the situation, I lead with a commitment to education, strategy, and service, helping every client navigate their real estate journey with confidence. At the core of everything I do is a commitment to honesty, integrity, and putting clients first. I believe real estate is about more than just buying or selling a home--it's about helping people make the best decisions for their future, and I take that responsibility seriously. Outside of work, I'm a proud husband and dad. My wife, Kimberly, and I met in college and now live in Cedar Park with our three kids--Mya, Kohen, and Cruz. Our family is big on sports and the outdoors. We love being active together, from competitive basketball and football to pickleball, lake days, and skiing in the winter. I also enjoy golfing, reading, and staying involved in our church and local community through our kids' schools and sports programs. Whether I'm negotiating a contract, mentoring an agent, or helping a family find the right home, my goal is always the same: serve with excellence and help others move smart.
