ZillowVERIFIED Took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, he was very unprofessional while on the phone consultation with me. Never listened to a single question I asked him, spoke very slick like he was hiding something. Every time I asked him a simple direct question, hell start rambling about something else, like he didnt listen, consultation felt very rushed. His voice was harsh; began by reading out a written statement about the hundreds of closings he supposedly did in the past. I dont believe a word of what this guy says, very unprofessional in his verbiage; even Starbucks takes more time than that to make my coffee order. Whatever happened to listening to the clients needs? Instead of hoisting a prepackaged, one-size-fits-all type deal on them. Im looking to be adding at least one house to my portfolio every year; I need a relationship, not just a one-off transaction. Goodluck owning texas your rating is very low, you need help.

Anyone reading this review and the other reviews for Kyle in trying to decide on a realtor...you can stop looking. Not only did Kyle quickly find what fit within our needs...and our situation was a challenging one...we made multiple offers on the first day out looking. 30 days later, we closed on our home. That was a year ago, and our first year in our home is confirmation that we made the right decision.

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancee and I started working with Kyle to purchase our first home. Kyle was suggested by our very good friends, and boy are we glad we met him. I personally have never met someone with such a positive go-getter attitude. I feel like he can literally make anything possible. He met with us for dinner to go over a game plan of sorts. Being first time home buyers, we knew almost nothing about the real estate market or how anything really worked in the finer details. Kyle explained everything at length and really gave us a much clearer picture of what we were going to do and how we were going to do it. This man really knows his stuff; hes easy to talk to and never intimidating. During our home buying process he never once pushed us to buy on the spot. He just walked into the houses we were looking at with the same open mind and open eyes we had because he knows the right home will sell itself and one size does not fit all. Also I cannot really explain how amazing his customer service is, as you know home buying is not a one day process. Kyle answered my phone calls EVERY single time i called him, and I called a lot. Never once did he miss one of my calls or send me to voicemail or even pick up with an annoyed tone in his voice. It boggles my mind how someone as busy as he is can answer his phone for you every single time you call. As a millennial and a first time home buyer this is huge, buying a house is incredibly stressful. His constant contact with me is what made me feel secure enough to make such a huge purchase. If Kyle was not such a good teacher and answered my every inquiry, I can guarantee the outcome would have been different and we may not have bought a home at all. We are so very glad we met Kyle. ZillowVERIFIED Let me start by saying Kyle Odiorne is not just a broker, he is your friend, mentor and partner. He sees it as if you don?t win, he doesn?t win and from my experience he likes to win! I?ve worked with Kyle on two separate deals (and many more in the coming years) because he?s the best, his team (including his wife) are always available AND he treats each deal as if it were his own personal deal. These are rare qualities in a broker. Every deal with Kyle ends the same way, in excellence. The first was a complicated and time sensitive deal where he assisted in helping to keep a property of ours from foreclosure and didn?t take a penny for his services (unheard of!). The other was a deal where he assisted us in buying a great home at a steal of a price and closed in just over 30 days. Let?s talk about the steal first. Kyle helped us locate a magnificent town home that had been sitting on the market for some time. It had all the best upgrades from plus top quality appliances. Being the professional he is, he walked us through the process, viewed the property (and several others) with us, handled our negotiation completely, got us a great deal (with almost $15,000.00 in upgrades and new appliances for FREE!) and had us closed in just over 30 days. The next deal was a sensitive deal in terms of time and emotions. We were less than two weeks from losing everything, without Kyle we would have. Kyle was very attentive, empathetic and prompt to dealing with our situation. He walked us through the huddles to expect and even helped to make sure the deal was processed per our wishes. Today we still have the home and are eternally grateful to have worked with Kyle on it. The housing market in the Austin area is extremely competitive; however, Kyle remained diligent in helping my daughter find a new home below market within her price range. Like many agents do, he didnt turn her away because she was young and her max budget was $200,000. He showed us many, many houses over a two week period, but he never pressured us during the search. When my daughter found her perfect house in Del Valle, Kyle and Jamie negotiated a great deal with the seller and my daughter got everything she needed; even new appliances. Although at times it was an overwhelming and tedious process, they walked us through all of the many details and answered any questions we had.
