For me, the most important thing he did was to keep me informed about what needed done, what had been done, and what was to come next. I always knew what was going on even before I asked. Kyle helped to arrange contractors for inspection repairs and got us very reasonable prices on the repairs done on short notice. He was always available or would quickly return calls asap.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience working with Kyle Lechlitener exceeded all our expectations. We were in a unique situation involving the sale of our 3 individual homes and the purchase of 1 new home. Theres my 86 year old mom, who gets easily worried about anything involving change. Then theres me, who uses a wheelchair and has had over 200 broken bones. Finally, theres my brother, who wasnt 100% sure about moving in with his mom and sister. To say Kyle was patient would be an understatement. He showed us so many homes that we, as a family, truly lost count. Never once was he pushy or constantly calling us about whether we made a decision. He was always readily available to show us a home in a moments notice and answer questions day or night. Its obvious Kyle is so much more concerned with his clients happiness, satisfaction, and meeting their needs than his own commission or bottomline. He took the time to connect with each one of us, not only on a professional level but personally too. There are so many more positives I can say about Kyles integrity, knowledge, and caring demeanor. When it came time to put my home on the market he kept me informed and let me know what was going on all the way to the closing. As for the purchase of the new home the process was equally as simple. I looked at what seemed liked 20 homes and Kyle made himself readily available for all of the showings. Whenever I would call or text and he wasnt available Kyle would get back to me within the hour. Houses would be listed one day and be sold the next. Kyle was super responsive to texts, calls and emails, and with setting up showing as soon as we'd request one.
