I cannot recommended a better real estate agent than Kyle Johnson. He truly went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. He is extremely knowledgeable of the field and walked us thru every step. He has an amazing personality and really was a great person to work with. In our case, Kyle was a dual agent for both the seller and myself and I never once felt as if he wasn't working in our best interest. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with Kyle!

It's an understatement to say that Kyle is an amazing real estate agent. He was willing to show up almost the same day or the next if I had a house I wanted to view and was very honest about the details of the home. By talking about my priorities, we narrowed down the houses quickly and by the second viewing day I found my first home! Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful on the homes and was quick to reply no matter the day or time. I highly recommend him, even if he is a Vikings fan...we cant save them all.

Our options were limited as we needed to stay within a specific county due to my husbands job and knew we wanted at least 5 acres but needed to stay within budget. Kyle worked to find properties that were right for us and fit our needs. There was never a time when I felt Kyle was trying to talk us into a property or encourage us to look at things that did not meet our criteria. Once we found the perfect home for us, in only a few weeks time, Kyle continued to guide us through the home buying process.I was quite disappointed in our closing agent, for various reasons; however, Kyle picked up the slack and was always available to answer any questions and address any concerns. Kyle went out of his way to meet with me after closing and we are still communicating with him to give him updates on our home as we make changes and make it our own. I would definitely recommend Kyle and would be happy to work with him in the future if we ever decide to purchase another property!

He was very knowledgeable about the home buying process and the Fayetteville, and helped show me good things to look for when buying a house. He was very easy to talk to and wasn't pushy at all. Some realtors follow you around and try to push their opinions on you, but he wasn't like that at all. He was great about not showing me homes out of my budget. He is very easy to talk to and went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns that I had in a timely manner. Overall my dealings with Kyle were pleasant, informative, and helpful. The process was quick, easy, and painless and I now have a house that I love!

I firmly believe with the flexibility of this team and modern technology (FaceTime) we were able to obtain our new home. Kyle was a very important role in making this transaction complete. If you sent him emails he was quick to reply. If you called him he get right back to you. We felt he had our interest at heart which meant a lot to us. ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home-buyer and thought I knew what I wanted/how the process worked, but I had no idea! Kyle jumped right into house hunting for me on day one of getting in contact with him. He sent me houses daily, helped me see every house on my list, and did not give up even when the first two did not work out. Then *the house* came onto the market. I told Kyle I wanted to see it on my lunch break and he made it happen. I saw the house the day it but the market and the same day Kyle helped me put in an offer and sure enough we went under contract that very night. Kyle was very responsive and fast paced with the whole process. We had some bumps in the road, but we both got through it and I closed within 30 days! I could not have done it without him and his light-hearted, funny sense of humor made the process a lot easier. Kyle was a great realtor and became a great friend, too!
