ZillowVERIFIED I?d been wanting to buy a house for years and not haveing a large amount to put down and what is considered fair credit at the time 640 figured it wouldn?t be possible. I saw that Kyle was having a first time buyers seminar and thought ?What the heck, I?ll go and learn a little about the process and how high I?d need to build my credit score and get an idea of how much cash I?d need to save up to buy. During Kyle?s seminar he explained the entire process and what to expect. He was able to answer all of my questions and I was shocked. I left the seminar pre-approved for an insane amount of financing with very little down and a much lower interest rate than I had imagined. We looked at 4 homes one afternoon and with Kyles input and guidance found the perfect home for me. The owner of the home I was interested in was out of town and very difficult to reach but Kyle was on it like a pit bull. Made contact with the owner, negotiated a great deal, coordinated financing, inspections, walk thrus, mortgage company paperwork and all. I completed all the forms and docs at home on my laptop during Hurricane Harvey. Closing day Kyle coordinated and did the final walkthru with me and guided me thru the closing. Kyle was amazing. I?ve been in my new home now for almost 8 months and absolutely love it. I?m so thankful to have had someone I could trust to help, advise and guide me through the process.
