ZillowVERIFIED Five years ago, Kyle helped me sell a one-family rental property that had been rented for 35 years and needed quite a bit of work. His advice was invaluable. More recently, Kyle helped my husband and his brother to sell their fathers house. This was an 12 month effort to get the house ready. Kyle provided invaluable advice during this period, and was always available to answer questions and make recommendations as to how to stage the house better. Kyle helped us figure out the best asking price. Then he advised us on the selection of which bid offer was best for us. He was very patient when the closing had to be delayed by 3 months due to the buyers travel plans abroad. In addition, while we were readying this house for sale, we were planning an addition to our own house. Im happy to say that Kyle recommended a couple of contractors he knew, and one of them was available due to a last minute cancellation. Therefore, our project is almost finished despite shortages of contractors, subs, and building supplies.

The property Kyle sold for us was burdened with some unique deed restrictions. Kyle found us a buyer in record time. Then the attorneys got involved. Early on the transaction became a three party deal as the seller, buyer, and neighbor (and 3 attorneys) tried to negotiate some changes to the deed restrictions.
