ZillowVERIFIED I was connected to Kyle through Zillow and found out that he had actually helped my sister purchase her home! Kyle stuck by our side for roughly a year as we toured house after house looking for the right one. One of my favorite things about working with Kyle was that he had our best interest in mind before his own. He never pushed us to make an offer on a house if we didn't love it and he wasn't afraid to tell us if he thought that a house wasn't right for us. Kyle also stuck his neck out for us multiple times as we got into tenacious negotiations. Even though we looked at countless homes, Kyle was always very flexible and able to get us a showing to the ones that we wanted to see while also taking the time to find homes that we wouldn't have found on our own. I would absolutely recommend using Kyle as your agent!

Within minutes he reached out to me and had a tour set up for the very next day. This was my first time buying a home so I had a ton of questions and Kyle answered each one quickly and professionally. Day or night he was always available and responsive - even when he was on vacation in another state he would text back almost immediately! Kyle walked us through this journey and was by our side with each and every step. This was my first time buying any type of real estate, which I quickly realized is a stressful and time-consuming process. There was a lot that I had to learn along the way, and I was glad to have Kyle's knowledge and expertise at my disposal. He was very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughout the process. I never felt rushed or under pressure to put an offer on a home with Kyle. He let me and my dad examine each property to our satisfaction, and Kyle even helped us identify flaws and other potential issues with each home. Not only would he assist with identifying problems, he would even make suggestions on how to make the proper repairs if I did decide to proceed with putting an offer on a property. Within the span of 5 weeks, Kyle gave me in person tours for over 30 homes in the greater Peoria area. Peoria is about an hour and 45 minute drive for Kyle, but he was still willing to make the trip about once a week when I was free to shop for homes. Despite the long haul, he always arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled showings.
