He was organized and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before we made the decision to sell. He helped me, an inexperienced buyer, with his knowledge not only of the buying process, but also of the structural integrity and systems within the properties we viewed. I never felt pressured to make a decision. He was more than willing to keep searching until I found what I wanted. Lastly, once I found that and our offer was accepted he didn't disappear as if his work was done. He kept me informed of all developments right up to closing. I would highly recommend Kyle to everyone. p.s. My bosses have told me time and again no one gets a perfect score because there is always room for improvement somewhere. Only reason he didn't get a 5.

We told him we needed a place for our daughter asap for a job placement in the Cincinnati area. After speaking with him a couple time we scheduled a showing.
