ZillowVERIFIEDI was very lucky to be introduced to Kurt when in the decision making process to fix and sell or just sell my home. Kurt was very understanding of my circumstances, my needs, and my wishes regarding the home. When the original buyer fell through, Kurt continued to press on to find a buyer and closed a deal that met all our needs. Kurt is honest, forthright and caring. He is timely and communicates clearly and effectively. He is trustworthy in his dealings. I would recommend Kurt to anyone needing a real estate agent to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Kurt went above and beyond what most realtors do. He helped us price and prepare our home. After the septic didn't pass inspection, he arranged to have the issue resolved. He delivered packing boxes, offered to help stain the deck. His expertise resulted in multiple offers the first week.He also found us the perfect new home at the right price. He was able to negotiate some extra things, as wellas the price we offered. Kurt is amazing to work with, highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I - we actually - have nothing but good to say about Kurt. He was always there when we needed him - even when it wasn't completely clear that we were searching in earnest. I would not have wanted to go through this entire process without his help.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home sale was a difficult personal situation with many facets of complexity. Kurt was very sensitive to the seller's needs and requests, as well as extremely courteous and responsive to any questions and/or requests. If it weren't for Kurt's professionalism and experience, a difficult situation would've been potentially much more stressful. Kurt's attentiveness to detail and timeliness of response ensured a smooth transaction, not only for the seller, but also the buyer of the home. Kurt's skills and expertise could be well-utilized by a larger firm with a more widespread customer base. Kurt is highly recommended! Thank you, Kurt.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided to sell a rental property that weve on for approximately 17 years. We live out of state. After being a rental for 17 years the house needed Some rehab work in order to get it in condition to sell. We found Kurt Sutherland and he was very helpful through the whole process. Between Kurt and a very good handyman we were able to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Kurt help with the vendors in coordination with the work to be done. He did a lot more than what was required of him. House sold in a reasonable amount of time, basically what we estimated. Kurt kept us informed of everything that was going on right through to the closing date. Also Kurt is generally in just a nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend him for either buying or selling a home. Kurt thank you for your help Eric and Derinda

ZillowVERIFIED Kurt was so easy to work with! He helped me get everything I needed from the sale of my home and listened to me and worked with me on my needs and schedule. I will continue to use Kurt in the future as my needs arise and would happily recommend him to anyone out there that is considering a home purchase or sale. They would get someone that would work with them at their own pace. With Kurt, you don't get the feeling that he wants to steal the show or rush through the process. Kurt speaks to you at your own level, he respects that not everyone knows all the details of Real Estate and by working that way, he inspires a lot of confidence in the people he represents.
