ZillowVERIFIEDKurt helped us buy our first home during this crazy market. We bid on almost 10 houses and his patience and advice during the whole process was extremely professional. He knew a lot about the local market and he was extremely responsive to us. He opened his calendar to us for showings anytime.

ZillowVERIFIED Kurt Marhefka is a very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent, who thoroughly understands the requirements. From the start, he was showing us properties to our exact requirements as and when they came up. He never pushed or marketed any property , we were never under pressure to close a deal. He was very prompt to schedule showings and always accommodated our schedule of almost 5-6 properties every weekend. He was always reachable and very responsive and was instrumental in getting our dream property. The documentation process was prompt and a breeze with his help. I have already recommended Kurt to my friends, colleagues and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Kurt by far is the most patient, helpful, supportive, understanding and, most importantly, not-pushy agent I have worked with. He worked with us for over a year before we could finalize a deal and was extremely responsive and clear at every step. His humble and friendly approach made our purchasing experience very easy. I highly recommend Kurt!

ZillowVERIFIED Kurt helped us buy a house in the nutty post-Covid rush. He had a strategy for how to maneuver a finicky market - and it worked. A housing opportunity came up while he was on vacation and he dropped everything to help us put in an offer within a few hours. I appreciated his guidance, conscientiousness and determination.

ZillowVERIFIED Kurt is a very knowledgeable and professional agent who handles both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We were looking for property in Bucks County and Kurt knew everything there was to know about that area as he has lived there his whole life. Kurt found us our dream, an old stone colonial farmhouse on a few acres of land. But I've no doubt that if we were in the market for a modern townhouse or a 20th century ranch he would've found it for us too. His approach is very easy to work with. He is easy to talk to, explains things in a clear concise manner, yet also knows when to stay in the background, not push things. He is that rare mixture of a down-to-earth yet classy guy. We had some unpleasant issues with the sellers and their very aggressive agent in the final stages of the deal and suffice it to say with Kurts help we were able to rein her in to do the right thing and were very happy with the final outcome. Kurt has gone above and beyond, even after the closing, to help us find contractors, remove some debris left on the property, etc. In most real estate contracts, the relationship with an agent ends once a closing is done. With Kurt, the feeling is more of a new friend welcoming you to an area and making you feel at home. We highly recommend Kurt Marhefka!

ZillowVERIFIED Kurt is there for the long haul. He handled our transaction over three months with utmost diligence, while we were 2500 miles away in Las Vegas. The process took some extraordinary terms as Kurt steadied the course, articulated our concerns to the seller and eventually worked with true professionalism to resolve all the issues to our satisfaction. Kurt is the personification of a true "Real Estate Professional".

ZillowVERIFIED Kurt is a wonderful resource, especially for first time home buyers. His understanding of both the housing market and houses themselves made the process extremely easy and non-stressful. Kurt was open and honest when discussing next steps and helped me work through bowing gracefully out of an offer after a poor inspection. He suggested new areas to look in and introduced me to people within his network that knew those areas better to ensure I had the full picture. He was patient (for several years!) and available for showings with little notice. He helped me improve my searches so that I could find new listings more quickly. We eventually found my first home. After working together for so long, we both knew it was the one the minute we walked in! He and his colleagues made the purchase process quick and painless. I highly recommend Kurt!

ZillowVERIFIED He was very good in helping me sell my farm and land. Helped me in relocated to another home. I talked to other Realtors but they did not have the knowledge that Kurt had. He stayed on top of every thing. He came up with a good price for my land where other Realtors could not come up with a good price for the land.
