Not our realtor. He was the sellers. Never returned calls in a timely manner. Allowed seller to take included microwave and resulted in a mess trying to replace. Stopped all contact when the issue was unresolved. Our realtor stepped in and did his job for him. I would highly consider an alternative if you want to sell quickly, he doesn't respond to offers or inquiries efficiently.
