Truly immeasurable. In 2010, we listed our home with The BUEHLERS when my husband was being transferred to Ohio. I was at home alone with three children showing our property over 50 times for over 6 months in a slump market while my husband had to report to his new position. This was a super stressful time for our family. I will never forget all the little things the BUEHLERS did to help during this transition. They probably do not realize all the little things they did to help me because it is the normal kindness they show all their clients- to me, the things were unforgettable!! We ended up staying in Flower Mound. Crazy back and forth with my husbands company. BUEHLERS never made commission on the sale of our home because we didnt end up leaving, after all. The last 10 years theyve maintained a relationship with our family. Theyve sent me flowers on my birthday, given us pies during the holidays, supported my daughters Girl Scout cookie sales, and when my three children graduated from high school they provided margarita machines at their grad parties. ZillowVERIFIED Shelby Buehler was my realtor. I wasnt even sure if I was ready to buy a house, I was just browsing on Zillow. I found a house (on a Sunday night) a few minutes away from where I worked. I immediately filled out information on it, and less than 12 hours later Shelby had reached out to me and we set a date to look at the house. She was well informed about the area. She answered all of my questions and my dads questions (he has bought multiple homes over the years) about the house. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous and uninformed about the entire process. She walked me through everything and got me in touch with everyone I needed to talk to along the way. From start (seeing the house on Zillow) to finish (moving into the house) it only took me about a month and a half total. I could not have asked for a better experience. I'm going on year 3 in the house and have had no problems. I dont plan on moving anytime soon. If/when I move, I know who I will be calling to help me with that.

I had a certain number in mind that, if I could reach that threshold in a selling price, I would be happy to upgrade to my next home.I'd put a ton of work into our first house and felt a ton of pride.
