Kurt was right on the ball, when he saw my brother and self looking at what was for sale in La Quinta on his window door of the real estate office in La Quinta. Came right out, introduced himself - and the 3 of us took it from there.................Not, living in the area anymore, I don't know WHAT I would have done without Kurt's direction, and helping hand all the way...............the house went into escrow, the first weekend he showed it.
