I was very impressed on how quickly and smoothly he was able to get my home sold. Even when I was in contract and the deal fell apart, Kurt did not let up. I think he actually lives in the area where I bought so he had a great knowledge of the surroundings. he talked me into making a lower offer which the seller accepted. I think he did a great job.
