There was no doubt in my mind that KT was going to be the one listing my house. I have worked with her for multiple purchases (she helped get great properties at great price) in the past and have seen her magic closely on that side. I got the opportunity to see her magic on listing side this time and she far exceeded my expectations. From very honest, sometimes emotionally hard to accept feedback about what needed to be done to not just list but to list in the best possible way to get top dollars, to many many trips she made to the property to get it to her high standards, working with various trades, she put in so much work in getting the house ready until she was satisfied. She used her marketing strategies so well and once the house was listed, we had so many offers within hours of going live, she helped me get an offer quite a bit higher than the list price and the entire process from deciding to list to closing was so smooth with perfect communication from her. For once I thought I should consider one of the iBuyer?s offer I got in the mail but that would have been such a disaster, KT educated me about why I should list with her and boy was she right! She helped get close to whopping 53% above that iBuyer offer. 53%! KT is the best!

She will go to bat for you and deliver above and beyond your expectations. Times being what they are, we are all getting used to buying everything online. But we never thought we would buy a home that way, let alone two homes within two weeks of each other. Moving from CA to TX was a tough decision, and buying a house without walking through it, seeing it with your own eyes, opening and closing doors and cabinets were unfamiliar to us. But KT was our eyes. She went through every wardrobe, opened, and closed every door, turned on and off faucets, lights, equipment, and so on.
