She has a professional photographer & was able to help me figure out how to get our home ready for showings. She is nice, confident, straight to the point, and honest. We received an offer on our home (below asking) and a month later, the buyer could not follow through. We opened our home up again and spoke to her about our options on how to sell our home fast. We needed to sell our home for a move and we were running out of time. Right off the bat, he was very friendly and polite.
