ZillowVERIFIEDKrystle, was very patient despite my "pickyness" and has a good sense of humor which helped me to relax about the entire process. She was able to adjust her schedule to fit mine...difficult to do! When I chose a home that I was interested in, she was able to book a showing within a couple of days. I would highly recommend her and use her again if needed.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time homebuyer, Krystle was extremely professional and personable from the beginning. From walking me through the process, showing me around multiple properties and explaining what to expect along the way - she really made the experience a smooth one! I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas work with Krystle to find your first (or next) home!
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough about Krystle! This is my 3rd time purchasing a home and I have never had a better experience! Her knowledge of the business, the professionalism she brings to the stressful process and of course her patience has far exceeded anything I'd hoped for in a Realtor. Thank you, Krystle!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I are recent transplants to Charlotte. Without knowing anybody or the area we decided to reach out for help when finding our house. Krystle was so great to work with. She responded to every email I sent (which was a lot) in a very timely manner and really helped to reassure me when I felt stressed. She kept me updated on new property listings daily and helped fight for us when we found one we liked but had other applicants. I would highly recommend Krystle to anyone who is searching for a home in Charlotte!
ZillowVERIFIEDThank God for Krystle. She is one of the greatest Realtors I've come in contact with. She is very passionate and knowledgeable about her profession. She made the home rental process very easy for my husband and I and also had the "real deal" conversation with us regarding buying a home. If you ever need help buying or renting a home, Krystle is the go to realtor.
