ZillowVERIFIEDWe were randomly referred to Kristy (and her partner Stacey) by Zillow after inquiring about a property on the Zillow website.....and feel that we "hit the jackpot". We could not have been more pleased with our experience working with them both. Their expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchase price, while simultaneously considering the future resale value for the area. Purchasing a home from a long distance was quite stressful, but they made the process relatively easy for us. They were intimately involved in all aspects of the purchase process and closing. They are extremely friendly, responsive, competent, and FUN! We feel that we have not only secured a good professional relationship, but we have made future, life-long friends as well. We would highly recommend them without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey was very thorough with selling our home. She kept us up to date every step of the way. She would send texts or emails quickly and responded to questions just as fast. Of course, having a house sell within a couple days of listing always is a plus too not only to the seller and also for the realtor. I would recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Stacey Matthys from Stacey & Kristy Broker Associates, Brokerworks Real Estate Group to sell a lot. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, expertise, and exceptional service. From our very first meeting, Stacey took the time to listen carefully to my needs, and she went above and beyond to help me in every way. She was always available to answer my questions and concerns, and she provided valuable insights and guidance throughout the entire selling process. She was also incredibly patient and understanding as I navigated all the challenges and she always made me feel like a priority. She is a skilled negotiator and advocates for her clients, and I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart every step of the way. I would highly recommend Stacey to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Her professionalism, expertise, and commitment to her clients make her an exceptional real estate agent, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her. ZillowVERIFIED Kristy did a great job selling my home! She met me on a Sunday and by Sunday afternoon had all the details I needed to get my house ready to sell! Right then I knew she loved her job! She had all the pictures and listing on the market 2 days later! Within a few hours buyers were setting up appointments to look at the home! She kept me informed at all times and told me if at any point if I had any questions, don?t hesitate to text her! Kristy guided me all the way through everything from A-Z and sat in on the closing to make sure everything was what it was supposed to be! Couldn?t be happier with the way Kristy handled the whole process with the sale of my home! Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristy Has sold four properties for us between the years 2020 and 2022. We interviewed a number of realtors for listing these properties. Kristy was the only one that came to that interview prepared with comps and knowledge about the neighborhood as well as a list properties sold in recent months. Her listing price recommendations were spot on. She is very professional, pleasant to work with, as well as very responsive. I highly recommend Kristy and will use her again when the time comes for our next property sale.Ken Grace

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely wonderful! Lyz Lukac is exactly who we needed when it came to both searching for a home, and negotiating for a home. She always was ready, willing, and able when it came to looking at houses. Always bringing her A game and honest opinion. A bright, and fun woman, but most importantly honest. The only problem is I can't give her more than 5 stars.
