ZillowVERIFIEDWe've worked with Kristy on 3 total deals this year. One, we were the buyer and she represented the seller in which we did not "win" the contract. During this time, we weren't actually her client yet she treated us as such and was completely open/honest about what was going on. The second, we contacted her last minute to salvage a real estate gone south, and she did wonderfully to get us closed. So third, we used her to sell our house! She did great and got a contract on it quickly for top dollar. We will continue to refer Kristy without hesitation to both in town and out of town buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristy Harper listed my house in Joelton TN and had it under contract within a few hours for full list price. It closes in two days. Had I listed my house, I would have listed it for $75K less than what Kristy sold the house for. She helped me throughout the process, keeping me informed of every aspect of the sale. I then decided that she was the person I needed to find a home for me, and together, she and I found my perfect home. She gave me advice on needed repairs, and she even contacted a general contractor to perform some of the repairs I need on the new home. In addition, the HOA president of my potential new home would not provide information to me since I was not yet an owner, but Kristy contacted this same HOA president and was able to obtain information I needed before I became the home owner. My new house closes in three days! She provided me with information and updates, keeping me updated on nights and weekends in addition to the usual work week. She even checked in on me when I was not feeling well. I have endless examples of how helpful Kristy was in all aspects of the sale, from explaining the initial contract, to walking me through not only the sale of my previous home, but to the complicated closing process that has been explained to me step by step. And since purchasing a home introduced a quite different process, she guided me through the entire purchase. If I ever need a real estate agent again, I will definitely contact Kristy Harper.

At the beginning, she patiently walked me through what the whole process would look like, which was very helpful for me because I am a planner, and then as different parts of the process unfolded, she walked me through them again.Through her expertise, we priced my home appropriately and she had a really good sense of what improvements were (and weren't!) necessary in order to make my home marketable. She was incredibly responsive over text and email! I stated to her I preferred a quick sale since the condo would be empty while on the market, but I also wanted close to the asking price. The price she suggested was right on target. Spelling just before Christmas is difficult, but we had a cash offer at asking price the second day on the market. Within 30 days we went to closing with no problems. The repair people who made the minor repairs that were needed were responsibly priced and did superior work. Kristy is a "professional" who knows her job and was a pleasure to work with.
