We were looking for a realtor that could work with us and our knowledge base as first time homebuyers in a competitive price range and market and Kristy stood above all else! She was so responsive to our needs, answered any and all questions and handled all communication with the sellers with ease. She came with property details in hand with copies for us, which we had not seen before working with other realtors. She had an extensive knowledge on the exact area and surround areas we were looking at . She even had answers about how to contact and start services for the house. Being first time homebuyers, there was no doubt that we were a nervous wreck at closing. Having Kristy with us at closing made all the nerves go away as she aided in answering questions and making sure we signed all appropriate documents . We sold our home quickly and began the process of buying with them as well. ZillowVERIFIED Ive bought 2 homes with them and sold one with them. I met Kristy at an open house more than 10 years ago and was so impressed with her. The first home purchase was with Kristy. It was a foreclosure. She was very helpful and actually set me up with a 3rd party to handle the financing, as it had to be a cash deal. She kept me informed throughout the process. She showed me sooo many houses before I found the one. It was a great experience! The 2nd house purchase was with Sean. He was fabulous too!! We had been looking for a long time and he was very patient and found us the perfect house. He set me up with a great mortgage guy, Blake at Diamond. The transaction went very smoothly. One of the things that I really liked about Sean was the honest feedback he gave us on what we needed to do to sell our current house. After following his advice, once we listed with Sean, it was less than a week and we had a full price accepted offer! We were so pleased!! They are a great team and keep you informed on whats going on with your transaction. I would never sell or buy another property without them!
