Buying a house out of state can be very intimidating and most realtors are not very accommodating to situations like ours. Kristy went above and beyond, especially in this competitive market. ZillowVERIFIED I had an excellent experience selling my home with Kristy; the house she sold for us was in St Pete, and she made it a point to leverage all her resources to make sure she was giving us the most accurate and detailed answers possible. Our buyer had some touch-and-go moments on whether the house made sense in their budget, decisions on the inspection report next steps, etc. and she kept us informed and did everything in her power to move the process forward -- which included things WAY WAY above and beyond what any other realtor would or could be expected to do. Home buying/selling is an already stressful process, and we had a particularly stressful case, but she did everything in her power to alleviate that stress.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristy demonstrated her skills and process expertise at the closing table. We performed a walk-through hours before and the AC was not functioning as anticipated. Kristy was diligent with contacting the listing agent to obtain an addendum prior to closing and to ensure the issue was correct. She was aggressive but respectful while dealing with this issue. Kristy followed up several times after closing to ensure the issue had been resolved as agreed upon with the closing agent and sellers. Kristy also provided comps and helped us achieve an offer that was accepted 60K below asking price. If you want to push the envelop and put a offer in that you believe is reasonable, Kristy is your woman!
