We met Kris at an open house when we were not at all serious about buying, but he was very kind and knowledgeable, so we made sure to get his card in the case that we would buy sometime in the future. When we became more serious about buying a home, we immediately thought of Kris again and gave him a ring, and were SO glad that we did! Kris is very personable, warm, honest and genuine, while also being incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, and assertive. He earned our trust very quickly and made sure that we were all on the same page throughout the whole process. Kris was never pushy, but was always honest and forthcoming with his own experienced opinions. To the selling party, he was firm and made sure that we were getting our best deal. No matter what challenges came along, he was with us every step of the process with encouragement and support. Kris also provided us with excellent recommendations for others to help along the way (e.g., mortgage broker, escrow officer, home inspector), but never forced or pushed us into going with his recommended contacts. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kris to those we care about, and at the end of all of this, I would say that we closed on not only a beautiful house, but gained a friend as well!

I had cities and houses in mind but just weren't quiet reaching both mine and my husband's expectations. We had mentioned we didn't want to move to Beaumont bc of the extra drive. But man were we wrong. Kris showed us a home that was beautiful and we loved the location. It exceeded all of our expectations. During this process of finding our house Kris was always attainable with any and all questions concerns we had. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. The escrow process was a headache but he was always there with any questions I had. Even right after we bought our home we had an issue with the thermostat and Kris was right there. If anyone is looking for an agent he is your guy 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband I recently closed on our first home (!!!) and Kris was key in helping facilitate a relatively stress free and even fun process. While Kris has many strengths, I've narrowed it down to these top ones and will provide examples of how he demonstrated them during our process:(1) Kris has built key and powerful relationships in the industry that become your contacts throughout the process: if Kris does not know you, he will get to know you. He is very good at building new relationships and sustaining old ones. I've found this to be extremely important, especially for someone (me) who did not have many relationships or contacts in the industry. For example, we ended up working with one of Kris' business partners for our broker (Full Circle Home Loans) and had an absolutely wonderful experience working with them (the broker's competitive rates could not be matched by two large companies I verified with). Another example of his relationship building skills is almost every home we saw (all 27 of them), Kris knew a healthy amount of the agents showing the home. This shows me that he works hard to stay in the know and on top of trends.(2) Kris has excellent negotiation skills. Kris really understands business and psychology; pair the two together and you get an excellent negotiator. When we decided to put down an offer on our now home, Kris conducted a robust market research to help us feel comfortable with asking for $10k below the asking price plus appliances. I hesitate to share the numbers because I know every situation will be different but I'm doing so to demonstrate how awesome he is. We ended up with getting what we asked for (minus one of the appliances) and felt the negotiating process was relatively painless due to the research Kris did beforehand.(3) Kris is an agent that truly listens to your needs and wants and delivers on them. It would be remiss of me to not mention that we ended up buying a home in the very first neighborhood Kris showed us after listening to what we wanted in a home. We didn't realize how closely the home and neighborhood Kris picked for us matched our top priorities until we saw other homes. I can't forget to mention that my husband and I were not exactly the most decisive with some of our factors (i.e. location, size). I also can't forget to mention how helpful Kris has been even a month after we've closed. He is a true professional with integrity and I would highly recommend him to anyone serious about buying a home. *Thanks Kris for your friendship and assistance throughout our first homebuying process!

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Kris to help us find and purchase a home in early December 2014 and we were in our new home in January 2015 with a negotiated purchase price that we felt was very fair! We were even competing with bids from a few other people. Kris also works with a broker that has excellent service as he vets all the people he refers to his clients very extensively so our process was very straightforward and easy, no back and forth or renegotiating. Just a few months after settling into our new home my husband got a promotion that required us to relocate so we needed to sell our home in the early months of 2016 and of course we called Kris! Kris came over to do a walk through with us to give us some pointers on what would give our home the most value and hired some excellent people to take professional photos of our home and even did a 3D tour. The finished products were amazing as we even got an offer on our home site unseen soon after we listed it!
