Kristle and her team exceeded our expectations. They took the time to understand what was important to our family and were honest with us when a home wasnt the right fit. Kristle was extremely responsive, proactive, patient, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She also made us feel completely comfortable asking questions and never made us feel like we were a burden. One of the things that stood out most was the strength of her team. Because we were working within such a tight timeframe, flexibility was critical. Whenever Kristle wasnt available, another member of her team stepped in to make sure we could see homes and keep the process moving. We successfully purchased the home we wanted, and Kristle did a great job negotiating both the purchase price and seller concessions. Her support didnt end at closing either. Even after we moved in, Kristle continued helping us with small issues, including reaching back out to the sellers agent to help resolve things like transferring services to our name. She has never made us feel like we were asking for too much. I would highly recommend Kristle Williams and her team to relocating families, corporate relocation clients, busy professionals, or anyone moving to the Triad. We met through mutual connections, and at that time I was not looking to sell my house, but she was very genuine, and explained the if we ever needed a realtor she would be there for us. She continued to follow up with us every few months just to cultivate the relationship and see if we had changed our minds. Fast forward a year later and when we made the decision to sell she was right there after one phone call. This was the first time we have ever sold a house, and we had many questions. Kristle walked us through the entire process, gave us tips and pointers, and held our hand the entire way. Her and her team were very prompt with pictures, and moving to get our house on the market. She helped us find the sweet spot for a fair offer, and after only 4 days of being on the market we had an offer!! A friend asked us if we considered buying a home - a monthly mortgage would end up being less than monthly rent. We honestly thought that our financial situation would not permit us to be homeowners; but he suggested that we speak to a realtor, just to see. Kristle came highly recommended; as soon as we met her, I could see why. She was so understanding to the fact that we were completely clueless when it came to home-ownership. She listened to our needs and wants, and immediately began emailing properties for us to consider. She recommended a wonderful lender to talk to, and once we were pre-approved, she explained our options for financing and down payment assistance. Once we found our dream home, she worked closely with us and the builder to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible. Kristle was extremely sensitive to our quick timeline, as we needed to be settled into our home before our second child was born in August. She was a huge comfort and assistance up until the day we closed, with lots of emails and phone calls to check on us, answer our questions, and sooth my anxiety!
