Kris was the consummate professional. I asked her to find me a home with plenty of garage space. After showing me only 2 properties she figured out what my style, likes and dislikes are. Erich and Kristine are a dynamic duo! My husband and I were searching for a unique property with age, character, and a nice size lot. We decided to undergo the search on our own, mostly by visiting open houses on the weekends. We spent months doing this and were no closer to finding what we wanted. It was at one of these open houses that we met Kristine and Erich Uhlenbrock, who both seemed to immediately understand the type of property we were looking for and offered to help us out. Within a few weeks, we were purchasing our dream home, found by Kristine and kept under budget by Erich!! In addition to finding us the perfect home, they found the perfect buyer for the home we were selling as well. Working with the Uhlenbrocks was a very pleasant experience. They both made us feel very at ease with the home buying/selling process, and they are so down-to-earth and friendly that we feel weve known them for years. I highly recommend Team Uhlenbrock and will absolutely use them again in the future if the need arises. But we hope to stay put for awhile!

I started working with Kris and Erich to rent a house in the Langhorne/Levittown/Newtown area. After going through a few houses to rent , they began helping me find a house to buy. They helped me to show the cost savings and what I could get if I bought rather than rent. Kris listened to our needs, wants and items that we didnt want in our ideal house and adjusted the showings accordingly. She continued to send houses for us to look at the met our expectations and were within our budget. Once we found the perfect house for us, Kris began negotiating with the agents to get us the best deal possible. After several rounds of negotiation and walking away for a month (her recommendation), we were able to close on the house and be right within our budget. However, her follow up and attention to detail did not stop there. From the inspections to the closing process, Kris and I had daily conversations on what is next and what we needed for a smooth settlement. As I expected from the preparation from Kris, settlement was very easy and painless. I would highly recommend working with Kris and Erich and should the need arise for us, I would work together with them in a heartbeat to but our house on the market.

Simply the best! Interviewed three area realtors, twice, before deciding and never questioned our choice. They did everything to help us sell our home, from brilliant staging to finding folks to take unwanted items off our hands to standing firm when buyer demands were unreasonable. Kris even helped us clean out remaining items in the crawl space when the buyer complained during walkthrough and my wife and I were exhausted from all-night packing and cleaning efforts -- and she did it in a dress and heels!! Erich and Kris know the market and they know people. They were very realistic in their assessments as the local market changed during our selling period. They never promised us unrealistic selling prices and they advised us perfectly on the improvements needed to meet market expectations. You simply cannot go wrong with the Uhlenbrock team!
