I randomly found Kristine while searching for a realtor on the internet. Wow, was I lucky! Kristine was a huge asset. Her knowledge of the market and preparing our house for sale ensured we received top dollar and sold the house over a weekend. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who is extremely knowledgeable and looking out for your best interests!

ZillowVERIFIEDI dont even know where to begin and will probably leave some things out, but Kristine is a godsend! Buying a house in this market seemed nearly impossible. Her knowledge, skills, dedication, care, compassion and responsiveness are unmatched! This is also coming from buyers who went in with NO AGENT. Kristine was the first agent to really take us in as her own client. She managed to represent both parties fairly and professionally. She took so much interest in us from the FIRST phone call, had us see the house right before the open house, brought us back the next day and got our offer accepted. That next day, she spent so much time going over any little concern we had, including renovation ideas (current and potential future plans). She has experience and knowledge in so many areas, including reno. Then came the contract process. She was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Right before closing, she was going through every little utility we have to set up. Up until after close, she was like our mom making sure we even had the heat on properly. We just closed yesterday and I know she will still be reaching out to check on us in coming days and maybe even weeks/months. I just cant put into words our gratitude.

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought and sold homes in five states and my single regret is that I've only had Kristine represent me for one of those transactions. From the initial home staging (which she oversaw) - to the professional photographs of the property (which she coordinated) - to the inspection (again, she was on-site), Kristine was hands on and incredibly insightful. She was like a whirlwind of activity and progress. Her knowledge of the market is unmatched. I can't recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED When we started working with Kristine, she was there for us and played many roles in the home purchase process. She was always there for us and made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone that is ready to buy a house to work with Kristine. It will be a fun ride and of course she will guide you through the process. My family and I are very happy with your work and hope to come across in the near future.

Kristine Purish Helped me buy a home Kristine was an absolute pleasure and we are so lucky to have her as our agent! As first time home buyers, we relied on a friend who was an out of state Keller Williams agent to help us find one locally, and we sure are glad he found Kristine! She was absolutely the ONLY reason we have our beautiful home. Kristine always answered any texts or emails immediately and had so much information to provide us on each listing we were interested in. She blew us away as we walked around houses with how knowledgeable she was on everything from home structure to expected renovations and was spot on when it came to negotiating an appropriate offer. We couldn't have done it without her, and will absolutely recommend her to everyone we know!

She guided us in selling our house in a day, and at a great price. We had multiple offers and she helped us to chose the right one so we closed in record time. We recommend her highly. Kristine Purish Helped me sell a home Kristine is the best of her field hands down. When my husband and I needed to sell our old home that had been listed for over a year with another agency, Kristine swooped in and saved the day. Our house was under contract for sale within three months after signing up with her. On top of that we were also in the middle of trying to buy our dream home but the deal was at a standstill with our previous broker. Kristine got us under contract to purchase our dream home as well knowing that we had no time to waste with our little one on the way! Without Kristine's amazing skill at doing what she does, we likely would have missed out on the sale of our old home and our dreamhouse purchase. Kristine was there every step of the way and was able to do what the past broker could not. Bottom line, if you want to sell your house or you're looking to get into your dream house, then you need Kristine Purish.
