Kristine is a saint when it comes to the home buying process!! As first time homebuyers she met with us before our search started to prepare and teach us about the home buying process and what the steps are after going under contract. It definitely helped us be more prepared and knowledgable homebuyers and that time also allowed us to better explain our wants and needs out of a house to better tailor our search area. Kristine showed my husband and I so many houses and was always available for us to contact. She connected us with a lender and then when Covid hit and the rates starting fluctuating she connected us with another lender that was actually able to get us a more competitive rate. I cannot recommend Kristine and her team enough! She is wholeheartedly dedicated to making the process fun and as simple and stress free as possible and she will not stop until she finds you a home that you will truly love.
