ZillowVERIFIEDKristine was amazing! She is such a hard worker. Kristine was very responsive. She goes above and beyond and always looked out for our best interests. Kristine knew we were on a tight schedule, so she worked every evening and even on Sunday to find the perfect home for us. If you are in the market for a realtor, I would definitely recommend Kristine Jones.

When I was having problems with my lender or with a realtor in another state, she stepped in and helped me with referrals. She made it a smooth process and was there every step of the way. Great communicator, fast response times, and truly cares.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristine is phenomenal to work with! We went into the process while the market was hot with not a lot of options coming through in our preferred style/ price range. From the initial meeting to the final closing meeting, Kristine was detail oriented in her communications and thorough. she honestly presented us with information, and realistically set expectations. She made sure all of our questions were answered in a timely manner and carefully selected properties for us to look at that she knew we would love. After thee showingsaEUR" we found aEURoethe oneaEUR?. Kristine made the process so easy, and we are so appreciative to her for making sure we had a great experience as first time home buyers. In addition, Kristine is passionate about what she does. She doesnt take it lightly that she is finding a home for her clients. She got to know us, our style, and our personalities to make sure we were getting something that truly fit our family, our needs, what we were looking for and not just a aEURoesoldaEUR? sign.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristine is amazing and if you're looking for a realtor I highly recommend her!! We have bought both of our houses using her and it's been a great experience! She knows how to negotiate so you get the house you want, is very knowledgeable and truly loves what she does. You will not be a number with Kristine, she values her clients and goes out of her way to build relationships with them - it's a true blessing to have met her. She also sold our last home in 4 days with multiple offers while we were out of town! I really can't say enough good things about her, she is absolutely amazing to work with and great at what she does - all my friends use her now too. =)

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with Kristine Jones as our realtor. We hired Kristine to sell our rental property. From being prepared with information at our very first meeting all the way through the closing, she was professional, honest and easy to work with. Kristine was very prompt in communicating information about the offer on the property as well as throughout the negotiating, inspection and appraisal processes. She took time to understand our expectations and worked hard to meet and exceed them. Kristine answered every question, "held our hand" when necessary and provided common sense ideas when needed. From the listing of the property to the closing, we always felt she had our best interest at heart. She is truly a gem and we would recommend her without reservation!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristine is AMAZING!!! My wife and I were first time home buyers who had very little idea of the process, steps, ups, downs, excitement, etc. of buying a home. Kristine was SO patient with us as we changed what we were looking for in a house so many times. We looked all over the west metro from Golden Valley all the way to Burnsville. My guess is she took us to at least 50 homes if not more. We NEVER felt rushed or forced into making an offer. We put offers in on multiple houses throughout the process and during the entire time Kristine was always keeping us updated. We had gone into a purchase agreement on two houses before we ended up buying the one we live in now. Kristine was very helpful during the ups and downs that come with agreeing to buy a house only to have it fall through during inspection or appraisal. I can't say enough great things about Kristine and her work ethic. I recommend her to all of our friends and want to tell everyone about how awesome Kristine is. When we were close to buying a house we had my family come along to help us make sure we were making a good decision. Kristine was very understanding of our request and worked well with my family. She was also able to answer their questions as well. Kristine will be our Realtor for life!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristine was a fantastic agent. She showed me some fixer upper homes when I had watched a little too much HG TV and ended up helping find the perfect home. Even though I was wary of buying a home in short sale, Kristine helped me through the process and it was surprisingly uncomplicated. This was my first home purchase but I will be using Kristine for all of my future real estate needs.
