I started my first business at 22 and I have been investing, managing or working in real estate for 25+ years. I became a licensed Realtor in 2007 and have been successfully serving families and businesses since. In 2007 I obtained the Rookie of the Year award and later in my career the Presidents Club, Circle of Excellence, as well as several luxury designations all based on sales performance. My educational back-round and work experience is in multi-media production, sales, marketing and real estate. Kristine has helped me and my mother purchase and sell 4 properties 4 properties over the past 6 years. Each purchase and sale had their unique challenges which she helped us navigate through with such care, professionalism, and charisma. We needed an electrician in a pinch. The gentleman she referred us to was able to accommodate us within our tight time frame. Kristine's industry network, great reputation, and standing in the community helped us immensely when we really needed it. We won't work with anyone else.

Kristine has been our "go to" Relator for many years. We bought our 1st home, sold my childhood home, and recently purchased our dream home - all through Kristine. She is a great realtor who always has her clients best interests in mind!
1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Consult with a local real estate agent to help guide you through the process. Buyer representation is almost always free. A great real estate agent will have all the contacts for you. They can help you get pre-approved for a mortgage, through home inspections, to title companies, contractors and everything between.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Get professional advise before sinking a ton of money into home projects. Have a reputable and experienced real estate agent help you! Your home is often your largest asset, this isn't a time to wing it. When it comes to selling you want an agent with experience as experienced real estate agents have been through it all! That experience is then used to help you navigate through your likely largest sale.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I've worked with all sorts of clients over the years. From the first time home buyer or investor to fortune 100 companies.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started investing in real estate when I was 22. Over the course of the years, it became apparent I needed to get my license. Once licensed, friends and family started calling me to help them too. 13 years after getting my license I now run a successful team and work by referrals all over the Greater Cincinnati area.
