2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Get professional advise before sinking a ton of money into home projects. Have a reputable and experienced real estate agent help you! Your home is often your largest asset, this isn't a time to wing it. When it comes to selling you want an agent with experience as experienced real estate agents have been through it all! That experience is then used to help you navigate through your likely largest sale.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I've worked with all sorts of clients over the years. From the first time home buyer or investor to fortune 100 companies.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent favorite was helping a family relocate out of state. We coordinated every step — preparing the home for market, managing timing with movers and contractors, and connecting them with a trusted agent in their new city so the transition felt seamless. We navigated negotiations smoothly, closed on schedule, and ensured they felt supported the entire way. Seeing them settled and excited for their next chapter made the process especially rewarding.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started investing in real estate when I was 23. Over the course of the years, it became apparent I needed to get my license. Once licensed, friends and family started calling me to help them too. 13 years after getting my license I now run a successful team and work by referrals all over the Greater Cincinnati area.
