Kristine was born in raised in Houston, Texas. At the age of 21, she moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, where she worked in the time-share industry for 8 years. She has been involved in the Florida Real Estate industry since moving to Pensacola in her 30's. Through the years, Kristine gained vast knowledge in the development and sales of luxury waterfront homes in Northwest Florida. Kristine has earned her Military Relation Specialist and At Home with Diversity designations. Kristine first helped me when I was a buyer several years ago. I was in military training, living in the woods during much of the closing process, and she still had the extreme attentiveness and proactive attitude to make closing happen in record time! Without Kristine stepping in to save the day, I wouldn't be in my dream house and happy as a clam. She gets all the credit for handling a tricky lender/Lennar build situation. She was calm, responsive, professional, upbeat, and caring throughout the entire process.
