Kristine was an amazing agent in our long-distance (from mainland) purchase of our new home in Hawaii. From first contact to the very last detail, she was always equipped with valuable insights, a range of options, expert market knowledge and above all, an incredible ethic of client service going far above and beyond merely a home purchase. She made time for us on our house hunting trip with only a few days notice and lined up three full days of showings, including the home we ultimately bought. She listened intently as we evaluated various properties and helped guide us to what would ultimately suit our needs. She never once attempted to "sell" us something, but looked to feed back to us what she heard and observed as we discussed our wants, needs, likes and dislikes. She provided very helpful input during the offer and negotiation process, and also gave useful insights into our sale process on the home we were selling at the same time. Our purchase was contingent on the sale and she helped us manage communications among sellers, buyers and agents on both sides. She always made herself available for anything to do with the house: measurements, tradesperson walkthroughs, etc. She even took delivery of our new truck that came in by car transport ferry and kept it at her house for our arrival (even picking us up at the airport with it!). I cannot express fully how amazing she (and her spouse Geoff) were throughout this whole process!

Kristine was amazing! Being off island can be problematic and difficult when selling a property, but Kristine made it so smooth. She is knowledgeable, dedicated, and detail oriented. Her abilities set her apart from most realtors. I can't say enough positive about Kristine and feel blessed to have had her as my realtor. She was definitely worth weight in gold!

If I could give Kristine more than 5 stars, I definitely would! We had a great experience purchasing our home, from start to finish. Kristine was very knowledgeable about Kailua-Kona, from real estate, to area professionals to recommend, to information and history of the area. She was always friendly and professional, and responsive in helping us buy our new house. Since we were not on-island during the purchasing process, she FaceTimed with us from several properties. I was truly surprised at how effective this was in helping us make our home purchase. When we were on-island, she spent several days with us, looking at properties in several areas, so we could select the best fit area for us. We will definitely plan on working with Kristine again, when we buy or sell another house. Thank you!
