ZillowVERIFIED We listed our house with Kristina about 1.5 years ago. We had previously listed it with another realtor and had a poor experience there. Kristina was completely different. She was very honest with us that our previous realtor had our home listed way too high, and that the area our house was in just wasn't doing well with sellings at the time. Despite all of the negatives we had going for us, she still tried hard for 6 months to try and sell our home. We had lots of showings, but because of the poor economy, no one would pay what our house was worth. She really did try with everything she had to sell our home, and for that I am thankful. The timing was just not right. We will list with her again in the future when the economy is better.
