She spoke with us multiple times as we were deciding on who we were going to use as our agent while buying a new home from 1,500 miles away. She cleared her schedule for us for 5 straight days to show us as many homes as we could get in while we were in town. She was very understanding as we added homes to our list and as we changed our minds. She always was about doing the honest and right thing. Kristina was extremely knowledge about the process of home buying here in Texas. If there was something she didn't know she was very prompt in finding out the information we were asking for. In the end, as we decided on a home, she guided us in getting selected as the chosen buyers on a multiple offer situation. She not only worked as our agent but she became our first friend in our new town!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina was highly recommended by our Lending Company. Moving from California to Texas we needed all the help we could get! We gave Kristina a call on a home which we found and she was able to get us a showing of the home within a couple of hours. We loved it, she had an offer drawn up by the next day and excepted and with a short 30 day escrow. She set up all the inspections not to delay us from getting into our new home. But, in addition to working with us on our home she went out of her way to help us on where to get the best movers, utilities, cleaners, and even a hair dresser. Kristina McCulloch is not only a great realtor, she turned out to be a wonderful new friend!
