Due to the market, there was very little inventory and everything was going over ask. As I am located out of state and my tenant was in the process of moving out, in addition to working directly with the buyer's agent, she worked closely with my tenant, the management company of the building and my attorney to ensure this process was as stress-free as possible. She made sure people had access to the unit when needed (e.g. prospective buyers and inspectors), arranged to pick up the keys from my tenant, and even coordinated a professional cleaning service to come in last minute to ensure the unit was in pristine condition prior to the closing. ZillowVERIFIED Kristina was very professional and hosted multiple open houses. She was available for any questions any time and was quick to respond. She helped coordinate with lawyers, realtors, etc with all aspects of selling the home. She informed us of things we needed to do as well.
