ZillowVERIFIEDAfter my mother passed away, I thought selling her home would be a very daunting experience. Throughout the entire process Kristina made me feel supported & informed. She was quick to answer my questions, patient when I needed guidance, and genuinely cared about my situation. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience and will use her for all of my future real estate transactions. I'm so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina is top notch. As a real estate investor I have worked with many realtors. She knows her business very well and has saved a deal twice that may not have closed without her. I have used her twice and received full asking price on one and the other above asking price. She knows her business well and my intentions are to continue to use her in the future . She appreciates the business and I appreciate her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina helped me sell my house in IL and was amazing - the whole experience working with Kristina was top notch! I previously had my real estate license so I understand the profession and the process but Kristina got me up to date on changes that had transpired in recent years. From the beginning, she was exceptionally knowledgeable about the profession and just plain easy to talk to. I could tell she truly had a passion for what she did. Kristina is also incredibly trustworthy. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind and never pushy. She was extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails and went above and beyond to get the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Kristina if you're looking for an expert agent that is reliable and professional. Thank you, Kristina, you're the best! :)

Out property had two very significant negatives that kept many prospective buyers away. However, never losing sight of our goal, Kristina persevered in showing it until a viable offer was made. Kristina's record of success and accomplishments speaks for itself. Thank you, Kristina, for a job well done!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina was recommended to me by a close friend. Best recommendation I have ever received! She is so knowledgeable and the consummate professional. She assisted me with the sale of a property from a deceased family member. Her guidance and calm demeanor were invaluable as I navigated unknown territory. Kristina was always available to talk me down from the minor (and major) issues that arose. I am so grateful for her assistance and could not have done this without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina is an absolute professional. She associates herself with the highest quality service providers from attorney to the photographer. Your home is really a business asset when you take all emotion out of it. It took was 7 months to sell our home going through 3 buyers. We never lowered our list price and Kristina never pestered or pressured us to do so. In a business that has many slimy participants, Kristina helped us navigate through the maze of characters. In the end we got the price we wanted . I have told my neighbors of our experience and highly recommend Kristina.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina has helped us now with both buying our home and selling our house. She is simply awesome. What do you most expect from your real estate agent? Experience of knowing the market well, negotiation skills, how to price, knowing the value of the property well enough to know how much it will sell for, and most importantly, being responsive. She is also super flexible to work with and will go to great lengths to get us what we want. In our case, we needed to sell fast but also get a good price and she got us both. She promised us a date and she got it done before that and for a price that we didnt expect! We love working with her and will continue to do so for years to come. Through dealing with her on both buy and sell now, shes more than an agent for us. Thank you, Kristina! Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina was beyond everything we could have asked for in a realtor. She not only sold our house in record time but her follow up every step of the way was top notch. Extremely thorough, responsive and knowledgeable, we couldn't have asked for anything more. She always had our best interest at the forefront and negotiated on our behalf the entire way. While you think the hard part is selling the house, it was on the back end that she worked endlessly to ensure a smooth transition with closing. Setting up the attorney, walk through, etc....her communication of where we were in the process and next steps was far and above all of our expectations. We highly, highly recommend Kristina. She touted she was a pit bull (in the very best way) at the beginning and lived up to that the entire way.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Kristina to sell our home and purchase a new one, and she was amazing to work with! Her and her team were incredibly responsive, answered any questions we had, and provided us with great advice/expertise on the process. Within 7 days of listing our home we had multiple offers over asking price, and I think Kristina was instrumental in that happening. She helped us stage the home, took amazing pictures, and the process to set up showings/an open house was seamless. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy/sell in the area to check out Kristina and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina was very good and professional. She took care of everything and we pretty much had the same idea on listing price and picking the right offer. ZillowVERIFIED Kristina is a full service agent who will take you from step 1 all the way past your closing. I've never seen/heard of an agent that informs, fights for, and has the best interests in mind of clients more than her. She is also very straightforward and honest with her clients, never leading in a direction that would benefit her just to close a deal. You can't go wrong with her on your side whether you are selling or buying. Kristina certainly goes above and beyond what most would expect and then goes even further for her clients.
