Kristina gave honest advice when I was going off on a tangent about how I could improve them. In retrospect, her advice was spot-on! Both houses would have been complete money pits and I appreciated her candid advice when she could easily have gone with my thinking and put in an offer on either of them. It's easy to view a property through rosy lenses when all you want to do is buy a home but having someone who has the experience and knowledge is invaluable. When I did find my dream house (2 houses later), it was love at first sight. The house already had multiple offers after being on the market for 4 hours. She gave me amazing tips on how to sway the buyer in my favor and on the strength of that alone, I GOT IT! I'd never considered the area when I was looking but her local knowledge combined with knowing what I was looking for, landed me in the exact perfect spot. For the first time in 10 years, I'm HOME. Seriously, get Kristina! It'll be one of the best decisions you make. The process was smooth, she was very clear about what was needed, when and how, and I couldn't be happier. Because I'm in the perfect spot, I'll probably never need another realtor, but if I did, 100% would go with her!
