ZillowVERIFIED Our desire from the beginning was to list our home with someone who was hard-working, honest, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Although we knew Kristina on a personal level as always being pleasant and positive, we were not certain about her professional ability. Upon meeting with her to discuss listing and selling our home, it was immediately apparent how thorough and knowledgeable she is in her profession. She came to our home fully prepared with comparable listings and home sales in our community, pertinent information about herself and a suggested range of list prices for us to consider. Without hesitation we listed our home with her. In just over a week, our house was shown approximately 17 times, several of those showings by Kristina herself. After each showing, Kristina followed up with us regarding each of those showings. Within approximately one week of listing our home, we had three offers, two of which were made by Kristina's buyers. Once we made a decision on the offer that best fit our needs, Kristina followed up each step of the way. She met with the inspector and the appraiser, providing information to the appraiser on all of the upgrades in our home and comparable sales in the community to show value. There were frustrating moments for us from contract execution to closing, as the lender made last minute requests and didn't always meet promised deadlines. However, Kristina remained calm while working tirelessly through those challenges until closing, always keeping us in the loop. Of all the realtors I know in the area, Kristina Fricke is the one I would recommend for her professionalism and getting the job done. Thank you, Kristina, for a job well done!
